About me

I help people meet the future with more presence and less fear.

For two decades I’ve worked at the frontier of innovation — trained in computer science, Chief Inspiration Officer at ABN AMRO, over a hundred AI and transformation projects worldwide, and today CEO of Limpid & Co. I’ve spoken in more than thirty countries, to audiences of up to 7,500, and my work has been referenced by The New York Times, The Economist and Forbes. The Financial Times once named me one to watch.

But the thread was never the technology. It's people — and the courage it takes to change.

That’s what I do here, in a few ways.

Advise

A senior sounding board for founders, boards and executives — the person in the room when the map runs out.

Connect

introductions, capital and ideas, matching the right people to the right rooms.

Write

most recently *A New Bravery*, on courage in the age of AI.

Host and Speak

keynotes and talkshows that leave a room braver, and usually laughing.

Invest

in founders building where technology meets human behaviour.

My Compass

presence over performance, direction over speed, wisdom over certainty.

Serious about the future; not too serious about myself.

If any of that is useful to you, let’s talk.
